Meet our Speakers

Alexander Trewby

 is the CEO of Apian, a startup using drones to transform healthcare logistics. Apian pioneered the world’s first drone flight carrying chemotherapy and the UK’s first drone delivery of prescription medication and blood packs. He spent seven years at Google, where
he co-founded the Consumer Health, Wearable Health, and Hearables teams. He joined
Google in 2014 after the acquisition of Divide, an enterprise mobile startup he co-founded. Its software now powers over 3 billion Android devices and 1.5 billion Gmail accounts. Before that, he was VP of Mobile Applications at Morgan Stanley in New York and developed the first
mobile app for a UK politician. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1996, when he dropped out of university (before later returning) to found Westminster Internet, the consultancy that
put the first UK Members of Parliament online. He lives with his wife and three children, dividing his time between Hampshire, England, and Perth, Australia.

Ruth Sangale

Is a creative leadership development facilitator and coach based in london and
set up her business “Enjoy work” 15 years ago.

Prior to that, she worked for many years in HR and OD in the health service in the
UKdelivering leadership programs. She has worked internationally in Afghanistan,
Brazil, Belize, India And Kenya with a range of clients including UNICEF, Plan
International, WHO and UN Women.

She is a PCC level accredited coach with the ICF and master practitioner level
with the EMCC and trains peopleto become qualified coaches.­­

Angela Neblett

Angela is an accomplished Organizational Development Consultant who brings
a distinctive blend of experiences to her work. With a robust 24-year background
in health and social care, Angela has honed her expertise in leadership roles
focused on commissioning mental health and substance misuse services.

Angela is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified coach serving on the NHS
Leadership Academy and a dynamic force. She leverages humour, warmth
and the power of storytelling to have challenging inspirational conversations.
